This geospatial data is provided as part of Phase 2 of the ESRP-funded Beach Strategies for Puget Sound project. Phase 2 builds off of Phase 1 data, which was delivered in 2017 (MacLennan et al), to identify appropriate management recommendations for the preservation of intact nearshore habitat, and the restoration of degraded nearshore habitat in the Puget Sound region. Detailed documentation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 geospatial data deliverables are described at length in associated project reports, which can be accessed through the Salish Sea Wiki:

All components included in the Beach Strategies Geodatabaseconform to the Washington Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) ShoreZone shoreline (2001), making this data compatible with many existing Washington State coastal datasets.
